Apologies in advance for a downer of a post. Sadly… our baseball club is back to being a terribly run organization. The name fiasco coupled with the piss pour roll out of merch is just the latest example.
It was a good run while it lasted… and we got oh so close. But the Indians / Guardians are a dying team.
Baseball is my favorite sport so it pains me to say that… but it’s the sad truth.
Max Scherzer will make more next year than our ENTIRE ROSTER.
They’re not even trying to be competitive.
Am I being too negative? Are you at all hopeful for this team? Talk me off the bridge please…
